I expected a training manual and got an essay on Elements and it's history. There were significant traitors within our society and within our government and that fact is now beyond dispute.
The book is somewhat 'archival' in its tone, since it is, of course, archival in its sources. Would make a great gift.. Others may be particularly taken with other aspects of this story. This book becomes a two-star book once Irwin begins to delve into the developing world. This book gave an excellent insight into the other side of a national sports hero from the perspective of an abuse survivor. Acc. Beautiful and well made. The fishing lore and natural history are hopelessly out of date but who cares? Has been in print for centuries and deservedly so.. Recommended to all !.
