Because, well, we all die. The image files are provided in both 72dpi JPEG formats and generous 300dpi TIFF files. He doesn't present himself or the disorder as something that he will somehow conquer. As a Doctor, I searched for ten years trying to find a way to identify the cause of people's illness and how to fix it. Looking forward to more books by Kimmy J!. So many books briefly skim symptoms and then caution to call a physician for more information.
