A lot of the advice and exercises seem to be simplified versions of methods used in mindfulness therapy and CBT. I found the book to be a good introduction. I am in that process of quitting and I know I need to do it and like the author says there is really no justification for poisoning our bodies with this toxic stick, there is really no valid reason to do it like the author says. It is a book which should be at the fingertips of all engineers concerned with mechanical seals.. Perhaps that is the reason he fought so hard to avoid licensing FM rights from Howard Armstrong (after Armstrong rejected his offer).
This book is loaded with historical details that make interesting reading. I was hoping for more photographs of some actual tiles, showing off the relief / line / and glaze work of the tiles of the period. The stories about the 1st General Lee and 1st Shelby Mustang keep
