The Java code is "write once, run maybe" and will not install on anything but certain versions/builds of Windows and internet explorer. This book has been so helpful in guiding me to become more mindful. Specifically, he focusses on "energy capture" -- how many kilocalories a day the average person in a society can command. A little dated now, but still a great bathroom book (short chapters, 3-5 pages). I found it was an easy to read book. Perhaps that is the reason he fought so hard to avoid licensing FM rights from Howard Armstrong (after Armstrong rejected his offer).
This book is loaded with historical details that make interesting reading. This is obviously equally personal, but far more disjointed.. Doing basically any exercise on a page, regardless of its focus, tends to make me feel better in the moment. However reading about it is not going to improve anyone's health
