The altitude was causing my bread to be disastrous.
I first got this book from the library, and checked it out for about 12 weeks. To use a corny phrase, they truly completed each other. Same info pretty much but in lay folks terms. I found it was an easy to read book. Now, as a management system I don't think he says anything that Steven Covey and others haven't said. I knew nutrition was the fundamental way to go but the details in research are contradictory and not always applicable for the patient in front of me. This, and the other two volumes in this series (Really Rural and Cafe Life), are worthwhile additions to any Francophile's library.. The illustrations are very good and the recipes are very useful. Saro-Wiwa has a lively voice and is happy to make fun of herself along the road. Wish me luck :). Hey if you like music and LOVE Jazz this is a great gift. The science
